Account Executive / Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

• Act as the primary contact for clients, managing all facets of the sales process.
• Strengthen existing client relationships and forge ties with potential customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate quoting and stock confirmations.
• Oversee the creation of sales orders, including providing delivery timelines.

Sales & Marketing:

• Initiate and execute strategies to revitalize dormant or underperforming client accounts.
• Utilize proven marketing programs to expand reach and client base.
• Engage clients and prospects through calls, emails, and promotional offers.

Problem-Solving:

• Address client issues, devising solutions that cater to their needs.

Territory Management:

• Operate with the mindset of treating your designated territory as your personal business, utilizing Del Metals
  tools to achieve success.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, with a background in industrial sales, is a must.
• Post-secondary education is a great plus.

Skills & Abilities:

• Exceptional business communication, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in CRM software is plus.
• Passion for sales and a drive to learn and enhance skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 plus monthly commissions and annual bonuses.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This position is based on-site.
